Our Story
At Legacy Garage Pedro & Sapphire, we're more than just an auto repair shop, we're a family taking care of families. As a father-and-daughter team, we believe in honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and treating every vehicle like it's our own. We take the time to listen, explain what's going on with your vehicle, and never recommend repairs you don't need. Our goal is simple: to earn your trust so you feel confident coming back and recommending us to the people you care about.
Our story began long before Legacy Garage opened its doors. Pedro's journey in the automotive industry started as a young boy, learning the trade from his father, Juan Cruz, the founder of House of Flats, Inc. Side by side, they worked their way up from repairing tires at local flea markets, to operating a small tire shop tucked behind the main road, and eventually building a thriving three-bay automotive shop on Collier Boulevard. Through years of hard work, Juan passed down not only his knowledge and skills, but also the values of honesty, integrity, and treating every customer with respect.
When Juan passed away, those values continued to guide Pedro throughout his career. Sapphire had the privilege of growing up in that shop, working alongside her dad from the time she was 15 years old for over 11 years. That's where she learned that fixing cars is only part of the job, the real purpose is taking care of people.
After many successful years, they made the decision to start something that reflected who they are today. Legacy Garage Pedro & Sapphire was built to combine generations of experience with a more personal approach to auto repair. It's a place where customers aren't just another work order; they're neighbors, friends, and families who deserve honest advice and repairs they can trust.
Legacy Garage is more than our business it's the next chapter of our family's legacy. What my grandfather started, what my father spent a lifetime building, we're now proud to continue together for the next generation.
